Scott,

At what point are you going to decide that 2.1 is a real version rather than a
beta? I realize that it's a rather fine point, but here's a practical way of
marking the transition: I am ready to go with 2.1 all the time, and would
therefore prefer to have 2.1 open 2.0 files directly, without creating a new
file. (I have so many files as it is!) You were quite right to do it that way
at the beginning, but so far as I can tell, 2.1 now has essentially all the
features of 2.0, so there is no reason (for me, anyway) ever to go back to 2.0.

All of this is not to deny that there is a long wish-list of features you hope
to add to 2.1 someday. I am still waiting for the mind-reader module, where the
program always knows what color of strut I am planning to draw, whether I have
selected it or not!
